 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days. For even faster shipping, place your order by 10:00 am CDT on weekdays (excluding weekends) for same-day shipping.

 What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unwashed, unused, and with tags intact. Please note that damaged items will not be accepted. 

For exchanges, items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have tags intact.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as your returns are accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your accounts.
